This tutorial shows how to back up content and Cherry options in CherryFramework 4 based templates.

CherryFramework 4. How to back up content and Cherry options

  1. Go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Make sure that Cherry Data Manager plugin is installed and activated. You may also download plugin and install it to WordPress (in case plugin is not installed on your WordPress):

  2. Go to Tools -> Cherry Export:

  3. Click on Export Content. Your content will be exported and zipped to sample_data.zip file:

  4. Now we should export Cherry options. Go to Cherry -> Options:

  5. Scroll down and find Export button. Click Export and cherry options will be exported to .options file:

  6. Now we are going to open folder with files we have exported. We can see .options file with Cherry options and sample_data.zip file with content. You can use those files in order to import settings to another WordPress installation:
