This tutorial will show you how to relocate widgets in WordPress. In other words how to move widget from one widget area to another (from the footer to the sidebar for example).
The widgets are controlled through the WordPress admin panel.
Login to the WP admin panel and go to Appearance>Widgets
In the left column you can see all available widgets.
In the right column you can see the available widget areas.
To relocate the widgets open the widget areas in the right column and simply drag the desired widget from one widget area to another.
