Log into WordPress admin panel, navigate to Appearance -> Editor, open custom-function.php file under the theme xxxxx (where xxxxx is the unique theme number):

Search for Related Products text, then edit posts per page value, you can also change number of columns, when done press Update File button:

Open your single product page, make sure to refresh that page to see the changes:
