You can fix the error by updating the mod_k2_user and com_k2 folders in the templates/themeXXXX/html folder of Joomla installation:

  1. Connect to server with FTP manager or open a File Manager in your Hosting cPanel.

  2. Find and open the templates/themeXXXX/html folder on server:

  3. Download the updated k2 files for Login module using the following link. Uncompress the downloaded archive.

  4. Drag and drop the mod_k2_user and com_k2 folders into templates/themeXXXX/html through FTP. Alternatively, you can zip mod_k2_user and com_k2 folders and upload zipped files using File Manager of CPanel. Unzip files on server when they are uploaded.
