1. Log into your Joomla.3.x administration panel. Navigate to Components, then Contacts –> Contacts:

   

2. Open your Website Owner contacts details:

   

3. Open Form tab among the available ones:

   

4. Under Show Contact Form options, change Use Global format to Hide and save changes:
