Joomla 3.x. Troubleshooter. How to deal with “Error loading form file” error

Hi there! This troubleshooter will help you dealing with the “Error loading form file” error.

1. It appears when accessing the theme under Extensions>Templates>Styles.

   

2. In order to fix it, navigate to your site root folder via FTP or cPanel. Open the templates directory and navigate to your current theme folder.

3. Locate a templateDetails.xml file. Note, that Details word should be capitalized. Most likely this is what is causing the error. Alternatively, the file itself can be damaged or not fully transfered to your server. In this case you can find it in the default fullpackage.zip and reupload it.

   

4. We will correct its register. Save the file and check the results.

   

5. Nicely done. All tabs are working now.
