This tutorial will show you how to deal with "There are no available languages to install at the moment" error in Joomla 3.x while installing a new language.

Such issue is caused by specific security settings of your server.

In this case you will need to install the needed language pack manually:

1. Visit the official Joomla community website and locate a desired Language Pack;

2. Download the Language Pack to your hard drive;

   

3. Access your Joomla dashboard;

4. Make sure the language pack is compatible with your current Joomla engine version;

   

5. Install the language pack via Extensions > Manage menu;

   

6. Installation has been successfully accomplished.
