Q: I purchased a logo from you to use on my website. Unfortunately, my site says the download must be in .jpeg format. Any advice on how I can make this work? A: You have received the logo in the “.PSD” format. You need to use the Adobe Photoshop program to modify it to your needs and then choose “File/Save”, and in the next window select Format: “jpeg” (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE) and the logo will be saved in the acceptable format.
