Monstroid. How to install a child theme with sample data

This tutorial is going to show you how to install Monstroid Child Theme in case your WordPress website already runs a Monstroid template.

In order to do this follow the steps, listed below:

1. Download and install the Monstroid Wizard plugin. This plugin is available for downloading at your personal template’s delivery page;

2. Open your site Dashboard and navigate to the Tools -> Monstroid Wizard section;

   

3. Input your unique license key to begin theme installation. Find the activation key on your personal delivery page;

   

4. Press the Install button below the Install One of Child Themes title;

   

5. Next, please, press the Install button below the required child theme title. You might also check theme’s Live Demo to preview theme appearance:

   

6. Make sure your server parameters match the required values. Please, consult with your hosting company and ask them to set the following values in the php.ini file:

   		max_execution_time = 90
   		max_input_time = 120
   		memory_limit = 256M
   		post_max_size = 256M
   		upload_max_filesize = 128M
   		

   Proceed with the installation then.

7. Select if you want to install the child theme’s sample data. You may install it from cloud, from local folder or skip this step:

   

8. Congratulations, your website theme is successfully changed to the new one. Click View your website to check your new theme appearance or start customizing it in the Cherry options section:
