This tutorial will show you how to manage header and footer logos in Monstroid templates.

Managing header logo

In your Monstroid website you can set up either an image logo or a text logo.

  1. First of all, you need to log into your Monstroid admin panel and navigate to Cherry -> Options tab on the left. Then open Logo tab under Header. In this tab you can manage your header logo:

  2. In Logo type select whether you want your main logo to be an image or text. If you select “image”, you can choose logo image from the media library in the next option, and if you select “text”, your WordPress Site Title will be shown instead. Select the preferable option.

    Managing image logo

    1. In case you want to use an image logo for the header of your website, you can set it up under Cherry -> Options -> Header -> Logo tab.

    2. Click Choose Media button to select logo image from the media library or upload your image:

    3. If you want to upload a new image, click on Upload Files in top right corner, then click the button Select Files and upload the image that you would like to use as a header logo:

    4. After the image is uploaded, click on Choose Media button:

    5. Click on Save options. After this, your header image logo will be successfully changed:

    Managing text logo

    1. In case you want to use a text logo for the header of your website, your WordPress Site Title will be shown as a logo. You can change this text under Settings -> General tab. Just change the text in the field Site Title there and click on Save Changes:

    2. If you want to adjust logo typography, this can be done under Cherry -> Options -> Header -> Logo tab. Here you can select logo font family, size, color, etc.:

    3. After you are done configuring typography settings for the logo, click on Save options. After this your header text logo will be successfully changed.

Managing footer logo

  1. To manage the footer logo of your website, you need to navigate to Cherry -> Options tab in your Monstroid dashboard. Then open Logo tab under Footer:

  2. Footer logo is managed the same way as the header logo of your website. Please refer to the steps above in the sections Managing image logo and Managing text logo in order to learn how to set up an image/text logo for your website footer.

  3. After you’re done managing your footer logo, refresh your website to see the changes.
