1. Connect to your FTP or access your site files via cPanel and navigate to catalog/language/english/mail/. In this directory locate customer.php and order.php files.

   

2. customer.php file is responsible for registration emails and order.php controls order emails text. Open the file you want to edit in any text editor and replace the already existing text between ‘ ‘ with your custom text. For example change:

   $_['text_update_footer']        = 'Please reply to this email if you have any questions.';

   To:

   $_['text_update_footer']        = 'Any text.';

3. After you save the changes and re-upload the file emails will be changed.
