No, you do not have to order customization services as the template actually includes all the files it took to create the template. Even the logo file is included. Logo’s can be .pds, .png etc.. and it can also depend on the type of template you purchase as you can make logos with so many different software types. It will also depend on your knowledge of image editing software.
