This tutorial will show you how to assign modules to specific hooks in PrestaShop 1.5.x.

To assign a module to the hook, you should use Transplant feature. Please note that some modules are supposed to be attached to a given set of hooks and some hooks are supposed not to accept some specific kinds of modules.

1. Log into your PrestaShop administration.

2. Navigate to Modules > Positions:

   

3. Click Transplant a module button:

   

4. There you will see the list of available modules and hooks.

5. In order to assign a module to the hook, choose a module from the drop down of Modules option and then choose position from the drop down of Hook into option:

   

6. After you chose options, click Save button to save changes:

   

7. Refresh your site to see changes.
