In order to change logo on invoice, you should perform the following:

1. Log into your Admin Panel and navigate to Preferences–>Themes:

   

2. Click Invoice and E-mail logos tab:

   

3. Locate Invoice logo, click Add file button, browse your custom logo, save the changes:
