This tutorial describes how to change background video (based on 55625 template).

PrestaShop 1.6.x How to change background video (based on 55625 template)

In order to change background video, you should undertake the following changes:

1. Navigate to \themes\themeXXXX\js directory in your FTP or cPanel, and edit the following file: global.js:

   

2. Locate the following piece of code (in our case it is on line 488):

   			videoId: 'aRFQR_WAwkg'
   		

   

3. Insert the id of the YouTube video in the respective field. The id can be derived from the URL. As an example, we will insert the following video id: zufL0hntYd0.

4. Save the changes.
