Prestashop. Update version 1.4.3 to 1.4.4

This easy tutorial will show you how to upgrade your Prestashop store from version 1.4.3 to 1.4.4

1. Download Prestashop engine 1.4.4.0 from the official website

2. Upload it to your store root directory (do not upload the /img folder if you have a working store).

3. Run the installation procedure and at the first installation page select "Update: Get the latest stable version".

4. Finish all steps of the update procedure.

5. Remove the /install directory from the prestashop root.
