I saw the "providing the Authorize.net SIM events generated from the logs" - not sure where I can view the "logs"? There is no control for "Debug Mode" within the (my?) Authorize.net SIM extension. I suspect "Test Mode" is their term for Debug mode? This *is* the screen I should be looking at, correct?
I used "Test Mode", but in addition to not seeing any log tables, the transaction processed fully with no differences. (Full credit card transaction occurred including the bank account deposit) Still was no difference in the behavior though as the order form didn't process as required or send an invoice or order confirmation. Feels like Authorize.net's sim is buggy but if I'm the only one experiencing the issues then there might be something peculiar about my setup which is tripping it up? I'm getting concerned now as I have a potential client for their cart now and wish I could be more confident in the ability to fulfill a financial transaction. I did try a fresh transaction and so far same behavior. I called authorize.net who indicated that since they are returning the user with completed transaction this is something within opencart failing. I did check the error logs (System > Maintenance > Error Logs) Nothing in there since 10/8/2017. Gotta love when it "was working and suddenly isn't"

I was playing around for a day with custom fields and noticed that in admin orders custom fields are empty though front side, addresses are ok.

two little things
- you've moved the website from /dev to public html but what about the former storage folder
- - if it was in public html, that means that now it is in the same folder as the website, something OC does'nt like...
- have you tried to move the website to a folder say public_html/bike, put the storage folder, not a new one but the original one in public_html, set the pathes in both the config files, that should work

or you can leave the website in public html, put the original storage folder one folder above (ensure that your basedir restrictions allow you to access above public_html) and, once again, set the pathes in both config files

all the best

OK...I found the line of code you suggested. I highlighted and cut the code and moved it up one line and then pasted it right after the code you suggested. Nothing changed on my web page. The file I want to put there is 1699x500px. What should the size be?
Do you have another suggestion as this did not work?
Thank you for your help.

Yeah, Daniel should probably fix it in the OpenCart code, but hiding it with @ is an acceptable solution.

In file \admin\controller\mail\affiliate.php

Original Code:
Lines 35 to 40

$subject = sprintf($language->get('text_subject'), $store_name);$data['text_welcome'] = sprintf($language->get('text_welcome'), $store_name);$data['login'] = $store_url . 'index.php?route=account/login';$data['store'] = $store_name;
Lines 91 to 96

$subject = sprintf($language->get('text_subject'), $store_name);$data['text_welcome'] = sprintf($language->get('text_welcome'), $store_name);$data['text_denied'] = $language->get('text_denied');$data['store'] = $store_name;
Is missing to include a whole sentence.

It should be like this:
Lines 35 to 40

$subject = sprintf($language->get('text_subject'), $store_name);$data['text_welcome'] = sprintf($language->get('text_welcome'), $store_name);$data['text_services'] = $language->get('text_services');$data['login'] = $store_url . 'index.php?route=account/login';$data['store'] = $store_name;
Lines 91 to 96

$subject = sprintf($language->get('text_subject'), $store_name);$data['text_welcome'] = sprintf($language->get('text_welcome'), $store_name);$data['text_denied'] = $language->get('text_denied');$data['contact'] = $store_url . 'index.php?route=information/contact';$data['store'] = $store_name;

If you have any ocMods installed, don't forget to refresh your ocMod cache in Extensions > Modifications after making an edit. If any ocMod edits the same file you did, your edit won't be active until you refresh the cache.
