This tutorial shows how to change footer text in Virtuemart templates.
1) In order to edit the site name in the footer area, open your Joomla admin panel -> Site -> Global Configuration and edit the text there.
2) The rest footer text is edited in language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_footer.ini file with any text editor.
