A FAQs post works like regular post. You can follow these instructions to add a new one:

1. Log into your WordPress administration panel. Navigate to FAQs sidebar item in your admin section.

2. To add a new FAQ, click Add New in the FAQs section of your admin:

   

3. Create a title which will be the question, then insert some text in the editor field which will be the answer. Also, you may select an author. Publish your new FAQ:

   

4. Another possible option is to change FAQs order. Go back to FAQs list and filter them, either you want to display posts of “ALL DATES” or for the separate period of time:

   

5. Refresh the page and you will see your new FAQ in the list.
