In Contact Form, if you need to put placeholder to each field, you can log into WordPress Admin panel and follow the 2 methods listed below.

1. Generate Tag:

When you generate the field, you will see the option to add placeholder:



2. Add:

   placeholder "your place holder"

   to each field, and replace your place holder with your text:

Refresh the contact page to see the placeholder text shows up:
