This tutorial shows how to put the website into maintenance mode in WordPress.

In order to add the under construction page, please follow the instruction below:

  1. Log into WordPress administration panel and go to Cherry plugin section and choose Maintenance mode in the dropdown menu:

  2. Enable Maintenance Mode option to activate the website.

  3. You may enable the option to display your website logo on under construction page.

  4. You can also add comments in the description text field.

  5. Display timer, if you like, and indicate your website launch date.

  6. Save changes:

  7. Log out of your WordPress administration panel and visit your site:
