Why do you keep closing my tickets without resolving the problem
itself?
A:
Please reopen the ticket if you need our further assistance. After our
reply is posted then that ticket is assigned a “
Closed” status. Any further customer response made to our
reply reopens the ticket to an “
Open” status. We get hundreds of tickets per day and close
them when our initial response has been made.
