1. Log into Joomla Admin Panel:

   

2. Go to Menus -> Main Menu (the top menu of your website):

   

3. Add Menu Title, Click Select in Menu Item Type:

   

4. Click New to add a new menu item:

   

5. Next, choose System Links, External URL:

   

6. In Link field, add the link (any link), for example https://www.youtube.com and Save:

   

7. Refresh the website to see the new menu item linked to an external link https://www.youtube.com.
